The final paper must be converted into PDF and verified using IEEE PDF eXpress web tool. PDF files not compatible with IEEE PDF express could be rejected.
Follow these instructions to generate an IEEE-Xplore-compatible PDF file using the IEEE PDF eXpress:
First-time users should do the following:
-
Create an
IEEE PDF eXpress
account and enter following information:
- Conference ID :66987X
- Your email address
- A passwordAn Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
Previous users of IEEE PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same user name and password that was used for previous conferences.
-
Validating your paper:
You need to upload your file for validation. You will receive an email with your Checked PDF or IEEE PDF eXpress-converted PDF attached. If you submitted a PDF for Checking, the email will show if your file passed or failed. Your file must pass the validation test.
Step 2: Camera-ready Paper Submission
Once you have completed the previous step and generated
an IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF, you can proceed to upload
it on Microsoft CMT. From the Author Console,
click on "Create Camera Ready Submission" to open
the page for entering the camera-ready details. Upload
your final PDF file and then click on "Submit" to
successfully complete the submission process. Figure 1
shows the options for creating a camera-ready submission
and IEEE Copyright Form submissions in Microsoft CMT.
Step 3: IEEE copyright transfer form submission
To include your accepted paper in both the conference
proceedings volume and the IEEE xplore digital library,
one of the authors must fill and sign the IEEE copyright
